
Our Tennis Fitness & Drills class is a high-energy workout designed to improve both your game and overall athletic performance. Each session blends fast-paced feeding drills, ball machine, and movement-based exercises to sharpen footwork, reaction time, consistency, and shot placement—all while building strength, speed, agility, and endurance.
To maximize training, we incorporate a top-of-the-line ball machine that delivers consistent, customizable feeds—allowing players to groove strokes, increase repetitions, and simulate real match scenarios. Beyond on-court drills, players also train with dynamic fitness tools such as battle ropes, slam balls, hurdles, and agility ladders, creating a complete workout that builds both tennis skill and athletic conditioning.
This class is perfect for players who want to train like athletes, push their limits, and leave the court stronger, faster, and more game-ready than ever.
